1 Introductions, apologies and substitutions
1.1 Apologies were received from Mick Antoniw, Llyr Gruffydd and Antoinette Sandbach. Elin Jones and Andrew R T Davies attended as substitutes.
2 Motion under Standing Order 17.42 to resolve to exclude the public from the meeting for items 3, 7 & 8
2.1 The Committee agreed the Motion.
3 Draft Planning (Wales) Bill : Consideration of letter to the Minister for Housing and Regeneration
3.1 The Committee considered the draft letter and agreed that the amendments discussed would be circulated by email for Members’ approval.
3.2 The Committee agreed that, should it not be possible to agree the amendments to the letter by email, a further discussion would be held at the next meeting.
